This year’s theme, “It Wasn’t Just Luck,” highlights the determination, resilience, and intentional choices that have helped women succeed in traditionally male-dominated industries. Our panel will feature inspiring leaders from across the region who will share the stories behind their success — the challenges they’ve faced, the credibility they’ve built, and the persistence it took to earn their seat at the table.

Through candid discussion and audience Q&A, attendees will gain insight into navigating professional spaces where women are often underrepresented, advocating for themselves and others, and turning obstacles into opportunities for leadership.
