Join Metro EDGE for our Annual Women in Leadership Panel & Mixer — a morning dedicated to connection, inspiration, and real conversations about leadership, growth, and breaking barriers.

This year’s theme, “It Wasn’t Just Luck,” highlights the determination, resilience, and intentional choices that have helped women succeed in traditionally male-dominated industries. Our panel will feature inspiring leaders from across the region who will share the stories behind their success — the challenges they’ve faced, the credibility they’ve built, and the persistence it took to earn their seat at the table.

Through candid discussion and audience Q&A, attendees will gain insight into navigating professional spaces where women are often underrepresented, advocating for themselves and others, and turning obstacles into opportunities for leadership.

Start your morning with coffee, conversation, and meaningful networking, followed by an engaging panel focused on empowerment, mentorship, and professional growth.
